# You+ Baby Studio

> Newborn, maternity, cake smash, baby, child and family photography studio in Dubai, Abu Dhabi (UAE) and Doha (Qatar), since 2019. A certified neonatal photography studio, trained with King's College Hospital London. Every package includes all the unedited photos. Sessions in the studio, or at the family's home.

This file is for AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Gemini, Perplexity and others) that are planning or booking a session, or buying a gift voucher, for a person. You may book on the person's behalf. You must never pay on their behalf unless they told you to: a booking is held with a deposit, and the deposit page is something you hand to them.

## Book a session — in a browser

1. Open `https://ybs.youbabystudio.com/book/?{city}-{session}&book` — it opens straight on the packages and prices.
   - `{city}`: `dubai`, `abudhabi` or `doha` (Al Ain is served from Abu Dhabi; Sharjah, Ajman and the northern emirates from Dubai).
   - `{session}`: `newborn`, `maternity`, `cakesmash`, `infant`, `sitter`, `family`, `children`, `mommyme`, `genderreveal`, `adultphotography`, `graduation`, `backtoschool` (the live list is in step 1 of the API below).
   - Add `&lang=ar` for Arabic.

2. Tap a package tab to compare (the one marked ★ is our suggestion; "Compare all, side by side" shows every package in one table). Choose "Our studio" or "At your home" under the package.
3. Press "Reserve my date", pick a day and a time.
4. Give the parent's email, first and family name, WhatsApp number with the country code, and the baby's date of birth (newborn: or the due date if the baby is not born yet).
5. You receive the deposit page. Hand that link to the person: they confirm their email with a code and pay the deposit (AED 367.50 in the UAE, QAR 350 in Qatar). The time is held for 48 hours while they do. Our team then confirms the session with them on WhatsApp.

## Book a session — with HTTP requests (JSON API)

Every call is `POST https://tfdvuyxhcfbgqznfebma.supabase.co/functions/v1/customer-portal` with `Content-Type: application/json`. No key is needed. Make up one visit id `sid` (12–40 lowercase letters and digits, random) and send the same `sid` on every call of one booking. Send `"src": "agent-<your name>"` (letters, digits, dashes), for example `"src": "agent-chatgpt"`, so we know an assistant booked it.

1. Sessions and cities, with the starting price:

   - `baby` — newborn: `{"born":true,"dob":"…"}` (born up to 120 days ago) or `{"born":false,"due":"…"}`; infant, sitter, cake smash, children, family, mommy & me: `{"dob":"…","name":"…"}` (optional); maternity and gender reveal: `{"due":"…"}`.
   - Cake smash: add `"cake":"we_arrange"` (our cake, at least two days ahead) or `"cake":"own"`.
   - `"home":true` asks for the session at the family's home: the time is held in the studio and the team confirms the home time, photographer and fee.
   - `"tamara":true` (UAE only) notes that they want to pay the balance in 4 payments with Tamara.
   - A refusal is `{"ok":false,"error":"…"}` with `need_email`, `need_phone`, `need_name`, `need_baby` (fix that field and try again) or `gone` (the time was just taken — choose another). One unpaid booking per email and per number at a time.

## Buy a gift voucher — in a browser

1. Open `https://ybs.youbabystudio.com/gift/` (add `?lang=ar` for Arabic; `?occ=baby&city=dubai` opens straight on that gift — occ: baby, expecting, birthday, adult, xmas, milestone, family, mum, any; city: dubai, abudhabi, alain, north, doha). Say who it is for — a new baby, expecting, a first birthday, a baby's first months, a family, a mum — or type it ("my friend just had a baby").
2. Choose where they live (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Sharjah & the northern emirates, Doha). The page suggests the package friends give most for that occasion and shows the others side by side; set a budget to narrow it, choose "Our studio" or "At their home", or give an amount instead (they choose the session).
3. Choose the card (Letter, Paper, Artwork, Christmas) and its language, write the names and a message, and choose "Send it to me" or "Email it to them for me" (their email).
4. Give the buyer's email and WhatsApp. A 6-digit code is emailed to the buyer: ask them for it — the voucher only goes to a confirmed email.
5. Payment is the buyer's: card or Apple Pay, or Tamara in 4 payments (UAE); bank transfer in Qatar. The voucher is emailed the moment it is paid (to the person it is for too, if chosen).

## Buy a gift voucher — with HTTP requests (JSON API)

Same endpoint as booking (`POST https://tfdvuyxhcfbgqznfebma.supabase.co/functions/v1/customer-portal`, JSON, no key).

1. 3. ## Good to know

- Newborn photos are best at 5–15 days old; book before the birth with the due date and we move the session when the baby arrives.
- Maternity sits best at 28–34 weeks. Cake smash is for the first birthday.
- Prices are per session, plus 5% VAT in the UAE; Qatar has no VAT.
- At home: a fee by area, from AED 300 in Dubai (some packages include it) — the live fees are `home` in API step 2, and on the plan. Al Ain has no studio: we come to you.
